Personnel department of Nizhnekamskneftekhim Inc. was awarded the honorary title “The best personnel department – 2007” following the results of the same-name All-Russian contest.
The contest board particularly noted the successful activities of Personnel department of Nizhnekamskneftekhim Inc. in development and implementation of efficient staff policy under the conditions of transition to market economy.
Over the last six years the volume of company’s production increased nearly 3 times, three new production units were constructed and staff recruited without the labor force increase. Our company has the all-time low labor turnover – 1.8%. 26% out of 20,500 petrochemical employees are young people at the age up to 30 years. Annually 550 school graduates join the company, over 8,000 managers and workers improve their qualification and nearly 1,000 people acquire additional professions and upgrading. Nurislam Fatykhov, Deputy General Director of Nizhnekamskneftekhim Inc., was awarded the title “Exemplary employee of the Russian personnel department”. Successful experience of department headed by him is a good example for other companies.
