The meeting was to proceed with the discussions launched between the Parties last March, when an Agreement of Intent was signed. The issues under discussion related to establishing production facilities for fatty alcohols, LAB's and their derivatives at NKNK.

New production facilities are supposed to be also implemented at the NKNK Oligomer Plant existing Units.

The talks are likely to be continued between the two Companies in 2006.
