December 6, “ Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC played host to signing foundation documents of the closed joint-stock company (ZAO) “YELABUGA Oriented Polystyrene Plant”, which agreement to form was reached in May 2005 at VII session of the Russian-Italian Working Team for establishing industrial regions in Russia.

The NKNK's share in the authorized capital of the new ZAO carries 10%. A. Semyonov, Deputy General Director, will represent NKNK's interests in the Board of Directors and Management of the YELABUGA Oriented Polystyrene Plant.
