The system suggests new approaches in resolving the problems of managing the enterprises similar to our joint-stock corporation based on the most modernized solutions and production models and it also allows to predict and take decisions covering the total scope of issues of financial and economical character as well as the corporation control.

The whole world follows the path of establishing integrated systems and this problem has also been acute for our enterprise since establishment of such system implies intercommunication of all functions of management efforts. One other point is that the system shall be operating in real time format, i.e. the total scope of information including reports and analytical data shall be submitted to the management or functional divisions within 24 hours at the latest but not in 1 - 1.5 months as the present case is. Based on results of current activities it would be possible to take prompt decisions immediately and find out which part of business mechanism failed.

Until now our corporation never had such large-scale control projects and it is the first experience for our specialists on automated control systems to encounter and solve a problem of such complexity. Moreover, about one thousand enterprises in Russia made attempts of introducing the similar system however to present day none of them succeeded in completing the job.
