A new dedicated computer classroom for advanced training of the specialists has been opened being the second one within the Training Center of OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim. The available programs enable to improve qualification of the specialists in the field of SAP ERP, users of Word, Exñel, AutoCad, etc.
There are 8 more dedicated classrooms directly in the Training Center, which purpose is personnel training in the area of principal petrochemical occupations, and which are furnished with the simulator systems, mockups, and technical training aids.
Apart from such classrooms, for the purpose of personnel training-retraining the Training Center employs special technology classrooms located within the Company subdivisions, as well as two education-training sites; among them, the technological one is designed for improvement of professional skills on the process equipment, and the specialized one – for training of strappers.
In line with the license of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Company Training Center conducts training for 100 non-professional occupations and courses. Every year, over 7 thousand of Company employees improve their qualification.
