The workmanship contest among young operators was held at OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim on November 11.
23 representatives of the Company’s departments up to 30 years of age contested a right to be the best in profession.
Theoretical part of the contest was in the form of the tests and the practical skills were demonstrated on computer simulators and on the pilot plant in the base vocational school of the Company.
In addition to the professional skills as such it was also necessary to show the knowledge of the first aid treatment. Denis Topychkanov, operator of styrene and polyether resin plant, was the best of the contestants in all the tasks.
The winners of the contest were awarded diplomas and cash bonuses.
