A group of managers from Germany visited OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim on November 24. They arrived at Tatarstan to familiarize themselves with business activities and organize a mutually advantageous cooperation. The trainees representing various German associations had meetings with Mr. Kh. Gilmanov, Chief Engineer of the Company, Mr. V. Starkov, Head of Strategic Development Department, Mr. A. Nikolayev, Director of Training Center, and made a tour around the production site.

This visit was arranged as part of the state implementation plan for management training for the RF national economic enterprises.

OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim has many years’ experience of occupational training of specialists as per the presidential program for management training. 39 people have been trained within the framework of this program from 1999 to 2009, including Mrs. L. Filippova, Senior Economist of Financial Department, who went to Japan for training. In 2009 Mrs. N. Idrisova, Engineer of Technical Department, successfully passed a selection interview and was recommended by InWent society for training on probation in Germany.
