Experts of the steering committee of International forum “Worldwide experience and economics of Russia” once again declared the personnel department of OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim the winner of the federal contest “The best Russian personnel department”.

The contest was held for the fifth time and was aimed at attraction of attention to the issues of promotion of importance and status of human resources management of companies and strengthening of the position and prestige of HR departments in the corporate governance. Performance of HR departments was assessed by representatives of government authorities, scientists, specialists in the field of manpower policy and administration as well as independent experts.

This year among 300 participating companies there were major credit institutions, oil refineries, mining giants, governmental groups of companies, energy corporations.

OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim is the holder of certificates as the winner of the contests for the best HR department of Russia in 2005, 2006 and 2007 and also the winner of Grand Prix of the 7-th All-Russian contest “Russian organization of high social effectiveness”.
