OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim has been noted by the Diploma “For the vigorous activity in  environmental control” at the 4-th specialized exhibition “Industrial ecology and safety”, held within 9 - 11 September 2009 in Kazan.

The given exhibition was held simultaneously with the 16-th International specialized exhibition “Oil. Gas. Petrochemistry -2009”. The participants were 206 companies from different cities of Russia, as well as of Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, and Japan.  They presented innovative developments and the technologies which ensure safe operation of production facilities; modern equipment for collecting, processing and recycling of wastes.

For the first time within the framework of these exhibitions a competition has been held for the best exhibit or technology with primary goal to reveal the advanced developments that promote minimization of harmful effect on the environment. OAO " Nizhnekamskneftekhim " became the owner of the Gran-prix at the competition for “The Best exhibit” in the nomination

“ Innovative ecologically safe technologies” for development of technology and isoprene production assimilation by one-stage synthesis.
