Last week, experts of the Czech certification authority CQS which makes
part of the international organization IQNet carried out a supervisory
audit of the Quality Management System (QMS) at “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC.

The audit covered the QMS, Personnel Departments, Training Centre,
Social and Psychological Research Laboratory, Divinyl & HC Feed, Styrene
& Polyether Resin, Polystyrene Plants, Technical Control and Chief
Metrologist Divisions.

The inspection touched upon such components like consumer contentment,
inhouse audit, monitoring and process & product measurements, data
analysis, infrastructure, production environment, planning of product
life-cycle processes, processes dealing with consumers, purchasing,
human resources and so forth.

The inspection results proved the Company's QMS conformity to ISO
9001:2000 <https://www.iso.org/>.
