NLMK Group, a vertically integrated international steel producer with operations in Russia, the EU and the USA, has implemented organizational changes in NLMK International B.V., a holding company for NLMK international assets. The changes were aimed at streamlining management structure of NLMK international assets and strengthening their integration into NLMK Group.

Mr. Ben de Vos, head of NLMK Europe Strip division; Mr. Igor Sarkits, head of NLMK Europe Plate division; Mr. Bob Miller, head of NLMK USA division; and Ms. Maria Starostina, international legal counsel, have been appointed to the Management Board of NLMK International B.V. Mr. de Vos was appointed the Chairman of the Management Board. In addition, Mr. de Vos will join NLMK Group’s Management Board, which will further improve integration and representation of foreign assets at the corporate level.

Broadening the mandate and strengthening the team of NLMK international divisions will ensure faster pace of their development and provide support for the transfer of best practices and technologies between NLMK Group’s Russian and international operations.
