NLMK’s 2009 Annual Report has won awards in several national contests held this year.

The Company won the RA Expert Rating Agency contest for Best Annual Report (Non-Financial Sector).  NLMK also came first among steelmaking companies in the 8th yearly Federal contest of annual reports and corporate websites organized by Securities Market magazine in cooperation with the MICEX Stock Exchange. Furthermore, NLMK’s annual report was ranked third at the 8th contest of annual reports held by RTS Exchange for best design and printing quality. 

NLMK aims to apply the best global practices in terms of the disclosure of information, development of a stronger investment case and compliance with international corporate accounting standards. The high esteem in which NLMK's Annual Report is held confirms the efficiency of its approach to interacting with all stakeholders, including shareholders and investors.
