The annual General shareholders meeting of the Open Joint-Stock «Mosenergo» Company has taken place in the city of Dzerzhinsky, Moscow region, on Friday, May 26.

The shareholders of the Open Joint-Stock «Mosenergo» Company have approved the new structure of the Board of Directors of the Company and the Audit Commission. The Annual Report of the Company for 2005, yearly Account, as well as The Profits and Losses Report have also been approved. The dividends volume for 2005 has been established at the rate of 0.01607 roubles per ordinary share.

The Open Joint-Stock «Mosenergo» Company has designated «PriceWaterhouseCoopers Audit» as its authorized auditor.

By the decision of the annual General shareholders meeting a number of changes have been implemented in the Charter of the Company, in the Regulations on the order of convocation and holding the Board of Directors of the Company meetings and the Board of the Company Regulations.
