The Rosseti Group of Companies, traditionally acting as a strategic partner of the Russian Energy Week forum, will take an active part in the business and exhibition program of the forum, which is held October 2 to 5 in Moscow at the Manezh Central Exhibition Hall.

The key Rosseti projects related to the digital transformation of electric networks are going to be presented at the company's stand.

One of the key events held under the guidance of the holding is a plenary discussion "Digital transformation is unstoppable: how we can enhance the security of life-supporting infrastructure?”, where speakers will discuss cyber security of the electric power industry in the framework of the industry transformation based on new technologies. Alexander Novak, Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, Konstantin Noskov, Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation, Pavel Livinskiy, Director General of Rosseti, Frede Blobierg, Global Energy 2019 Prize winner, Gerhard Schroeder, German Federal Chancellor (1998-2005), as well as the governors of the Chelyabinsk and Kaliningrad Regions, heads of the largest Russian and global energy companies, and manufacturers of electrical equipment are invited to participate.

The discussion of reliability of the electric grid complex, technological and information security will be continued at the round table “Rosseti - dialogue with manufacturers”. For instance, the management of Rosseti will discuss the implementation of the holding’s technical policy taking in terms of risks of sanctions and cyber attacks with equipment suppliers and manufacturers, including those belonging to the Defense Industry Complex.

The companies of Rosseti Group also take an active part in the All-Russian Contest of Mass Media, Press Services of Fuel and Energy Companies and Regional Energy Ministries MediaTEK. The awarding ceremony for the winners of the competition, which is held annually within the REW in order to increase information transparency and popularize the Fuel and Energy Companies, is held at the Rosseti stand on October 2.

On the Youth Day of Russian Energy Week, Rosseti will hold the final stage and the awarding ceremony for the winners of the All-Russian Contest of Bachelors and Masters Graduate Qualification Works of Technical Universities on the Electric Power and Electrical Subjects. Innovative teams will address to a qualified jury with presentations and road maps for their projects.
