ROSSETI's General Director Oleg Budargin has been re-elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Federal Grid Company of the Unified Energy System. This decision was made by a meeting in absentia on July 23, 2014. 

Furthermore, Russia's Deputy Minister of Energy Vyacheslav Kravchenko was elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and ROSSETI's Deputy General Director for Corporate Management Yuri Goncharov was elected as the board secretary. 

The company's shareholders elected a new Board of Directors at this year's Annual General Shareholders' Meeting.

The Board includes: Oleg Budargin, Maksim Bystrov, Andrei Demin, Georgy Nozadze, Sergei Mironosetskiy, Boris Kovalchuk, Vyacheslav Kravchenko, Andrei Murov, Sergei Shmatko, Nikolai Shulginov and Denis Fedorov. 

The Audit Committee includes Nikolai Varlamov, Anna Drokova, Marina Lelekova, Vladimir Skobarev and Alan Khadziyev. The meeting approved RSM RUS to be the company's auditor.
