At the All-Russian PROJECTORIA-2018 Vocational Orientation Forum, Sergey Kiriyenko, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, and Tatyana Golikova, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation for Social Policy, visited the Energetics zone, where they were presented with cases offered for implementation by Rosseti and talked with schoolchildren Anna Archiasova (student of 11th grade of Lyceum No.9 in Belgorod, winner of the All-Russian Olympiads in mathematics, physics, astronomy and computer science, and also of the First All-Russian Olympiad of PJSC ROSSETI, a participant in the Energy Design Shift-2018 of the ROSSETI Group in the All-Russian Eaglet Children's Center and the All-Russian Energy Breakthrough Contest of Innovative Projects and Developments in Electric Power Sector) and Nikita Evsyukov (student of 11th grade of Samara's SUCCESS school No.10, multiple winner of various Olympiads in natural and technical sciences, as well as the winner of the First All-Russian Olympiad held by PJSC ROSSETI, a member of the Energy Design Shift-2018 of the ROSSETI Group in the All-Russian Eaglet Children's Center and the All-Russian Energy Breakthrough Contest of Innovative Projects and Developments in Electric Power Sector).
Anna presented a mobile application developed as part of solving the tasks included in the Network Load Management case; this app allows managing the power consumption of an entire community in order to optimize the network equipment's operation. Sergey Kiriyenko asked Anna about her plans for the future:

Pavel Livinskiy noted: “Anna and Nikita are vivid examples of future specialists who are needed by the grid complex to manage digital transformation.
