PJSC ROSSETI and PJSC Sberbank signed an agreement on strategic cooperation concerning a wide range of non-financial banking services. The document was signed by Pavel Livinskiy, Director General of PJSC ROSSETI, and Herman Gref, President, Chairman of the Board of PJSC Sberbank.
The parties agreed on strategic cooperation and exchange of experience, joint research activities, search and attraction of technologies in international and domestic markets, organization of acceleration and training programs, as well as financing joint innovative projects.

"The strategic partnership of PJSC Sberbank and PJSC ROSSETI in the field of innovative development will allow both companies to use the most modern technological solutions to transform their business and increase customer satisfaction. The agreement marks a new level of cooperation between the bank and the country's main energy grid holding in addition to the existing one for traditional banking products."
Sberbank will act as a strategic consultant to improve the efficiency of the current activities and the technological capacity of the energy company. ROSSETI will gain access to the base of innovative laboratory research and products of the Sberbank Ecosystem companies.
As part of the agreement, Sberbank will provide ROSSETI with its experience and developments in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT), business process automation, robotics, VR/AR, BigData, artificial intelligence (AI), and practical application of Blockchain. As well as the products of subsidiaries, including SberCloud, DocDoc, Dialog, Sberbank of Insurance, etc.
