Within the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), ROSSETI and the Udmurt Republiñhave entered into an agreement that involves modernization and power grid development of the region considering the implementation of Digital Network creation concept. The document was signed by Pavel Livinskiy, Director General of ROSSETI, and Aleksander Brechalov, Head of the Udmurt Republic. 

The parties have agreed to cooperate to meet the existing and growing needs of industry, agroindustrial complex, housing and communal services, small businesses and the people of the Udmurt Republic.

The Government of the Republic is ready to undertake to develop and approve the Schedule and the Program for the long-term development of the power industry of the Udmurt Republic taking into account the principles for the development of the digital infrastructure of power grid facilities.

According to the two parties of the agreement, the joint efforts to develop the power grid complex in the Udmurt Republic will ensure reliable, high-quality and affordable electricity supply thereby increasing investment potential of the region.
