Today, on September 11, 2017 the Board of Directors of PJSC ROSSETI (MOEX: RSTI) appointed Pavel Livinsky Company’s Director General at its face-to-face meeting.
Pavel Livinsky was born on February 19, 1980 in Chelyabinsk. In 2001, Mr. Livinsky graduated with honours in Economics from the Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 2003, he received a Master’s degree in Management (summa cum laude diploma).
Pavel Livinsky’s professional experience has always been related with energy industry: after graduation he held management positions in largest energy companies in various regions of Russia. Since 2006, Mr. Livinsky worked in companies comprising the Moscow power grid.
In 2006, he was appointed Deputy Director General for Service Sales and Development of JSC Moscow City Power Grid Company, and later was appointed Deputy Director General for Customer Relations and Technological Connection of Public Joint-Stock Company Moscow United Electric Grid Company.
In 2011, Pavel Livinsky became CEO of Joint-Stock Company United Energy Company. In 2013, he was appointed Head of the Department of Fuel and Energy Sector of Moscow.
In 2017, Pavel Livinsky became Head of the Moscow Department of Housing, Utilities and Amenities.
On 11 September 2017, he was appointed Director General of Rosseti.
