OJSC Rosseti changed the name of the company to the Rosseti Public Joint-Stock Company (PJSC).

Shareholders of the company approved the Charter of Society on June 30, 2015. A new edition of the Charter contains a new trade name which can be found in a part regarding organizational and legal form. The Charter also includes the changes that came into force in the civil code of the Russian Federation.

Full trade name of the Company in English is now Public Joint-Stock Company "ROSSETI".

English abbreviated company name has now become PJSC "ROSSETI".

Interdistrict inspectorate of Federal Tax Service of Russia registered new edition of the Charter of the Company of Moscow No. 46 on July 17, 2015. The corresponding record was made in the unified state register of legal entities.
