Moscow, April 8, 2005. Svyazinvest and the Center of Telecommunications Development Problems Research with the support of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Russian Federation held the fifth international conference Communications and Investments in Russia.

The representatives of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications, the Ministry of Economic Development and Commerce of the Russian Federation, legislative and executive authorities, heads of the leading Russian telecommunication companies, representatives of the investment community as well as journalists and market analysts took part in the conference. At the conference Deputy General Director - Commercial Director Sergei Pridantsev and the Director of the company Financial Department Artem Shatrakov were representing CenterTelecom.
