Ivanovo, April 15, 2005. CenterTelecom conducted a presentation of Ivanovo branch of the Northern Bank of The Savings Bank of Russia corporate data network provided by Ivanovo regional telecommunications node of CenterTelecom Verkhnevolzhsky branch.

The Corporate data network provides the customer with an integrated set of services, including secure channel data transmission, digital telephony, etc. The use of CenterTelecom channels allowed to set up a modern digital network providing an integrated architecture from the regional department to the bank's regional branch and to create an efficient operating environment for the bank's applications. In this project CenterTelecom is responsible not only for the last mile, but for the entire corporate network thus making it more reliable and reducing the downtime.

Deputy General Director - CenterTelecom Commercial Director Sergey Pridantsev, the Head of Ivanovo Branch of the Northern Bank of the Savings Bank of Russia Nikolai Egorov, the Head of Ivanovo regional telecommunications node of CenterTelecom Verkhnevolzhsky branch Gennady Brusentsev, the representatives of the regional business community and mass media took part in the presentation.

At the presentation Sergey Pridantsev pointed out that CenterTelecom offered its clients not just the advanced technologies and modern services, but also the maximum information security in combination with a high level of services quality in any situations including emergencies.

In 2004 the branch had 84.1 lines per employee in Yaroslavl region, 49 lines in Kostroma, 82.3 in Ivanovo; telephone network installed capacity of 747 645 lines, telephone network engaged capacity of 688 710 lines, local telephone network digitization level in Yaroslavl region of 63.7 %, 44.4 % in Kostroma, 48.4 % in Ivanovo; 1 046 automatic telephone exchanges, 28.02 main lines per 100 residents in Yaroslavl area, 21.3 in Kostroma, 20.37 in Ivanovo; 49 081 Internet subscribers.
