Moscow, March 7, 2006. The decision to include Deputy General Director – Human Resources Director of OJSC «CenterTelecom» Dmitry Karmanov in the Management Board of the Company was made at the Board of Directors meeting held yesterday.

We remind you that on February 9 this year the Management Board of OJSC «CenterTelecom», consisting of 9 members, was formed by the decision of the Board of Directors, but there were appointed only 8 members of the Company’s collective executive body. According to the decisions of the Board of Directors, authorities of all members of the Company’s Management Board are to expire on August 1, 2006.
