Moscow, March 26, 2010. CenterTelecom OJSC announces that Vaagn Martirosyan, the company's General Director, has attended a ceremony of opening of new CenterTelecom's sales and maintenance center in Alexandrov, Vladimir region. Among other participants of the ceremony were Anatoly Korovin, Deputy General Director, Director of Vladimir branch, CenterTelecom; Viktor Chernov, Deputy Chief of Administration of Alexandrov district, Vladimir region; Alexander Yakimochkov, Deputy Mayor of Alexandrov; representatives of local business community and journalists.

The new sales and maintenance center in Alexandrov was built in compliance with newest principles of efficient customer relations system. Its opening is in line with CenterTelecom's program for development of unified network of sales and maintenance centers. The center's office has few halls for interactions with different segments of customers. Now the company's subscribers visiting the new office can solve any interaction related problem, pay for telecommunications services, conclude contracts and get recommendations by the company's specialists. Moreover the center allows the individual customers to subscribe for the company's new telecommunications services: DOMOLINK UNO (Internet access based on ADSL2+), DOMOLINK NEO (high speed Internet access based on FTTx), and DOMOLINK TV (interactive television).
