On 11 June 2003, the "Ivtelecom" Company, an affiliate of CenterTelecom, was presented with an award and prize by the Government of the Russian Federation for high quality performance per the business results of 2002. The winner prize bestowal ceremony was held in the Hall of Decorations at the Russian Federation Government House.

The "Ivtelecom" Company became become the second quality performance prize laureate among the telecommunications enterprises from the time the decoration was introduced.

The honorary diploma and memorable prize were presented to Mr. Gennadiy P. Brusentsev, "Ivtelecom" Director and Mr. Valeriy A. Kuyuzov, Chief of the Company’s Quality Management Group.

"Ivtelecom" is a constituent company of Public Joint Stock Company "CenterTelecom", Russia's biggest telecommunications operator providing services in the Central Federal District of this country.
