CenterTelecom acquired the 100% stake in CenterTelecomService in accordance with the corporate restructuring model of CenterTelecom affiliated companies business.
The increase of ownership in CenterTelecomService of Moscow region will contribute to the implementation of CenterTelecom marketing strategy aimed at achieving the leading position in Moscow region market, increasing the income generated in the Moscow region communication services market, increasing the share of unregulated services in the income structure and matching the corporate sales with the average nation-wide level.
