Moscow, March 7, 2006. On March 2, 2006 the Board of Directors of OJSC «CenterTelecom» taking into account the recommendations of Staff and Remuneration Committee? made decision to appoint Nokolai V. Mezhuev Deputy General Director – Director of the Moscow branch of OJSC «CenterTelecom».
Nikolai Mezhuev’s appointment as Deputy General Director – Director of the Moscow branch of the Company was submitted for consideration of the Board of Directors due to expiration of his term of office on March 3, 2006.
Nikolai Victorovich Mezhuev was born on November 2, 1962 in Stakhanov, Voroshilovgrad region. He graduated from the Kiev Higher Engineering Military School of Communications and Russian Academy of Public Service under the President of the Russian Federation. In 1979-1999 he served in the Armed Forces: in communication troops and General Staff of the RF Armed Forces ? ??????????? ????? ?? ??. In 1999- 2003 he held executive positions in the communication industry: First Deputy General Director of CJSC "Teleintercom", Deputy General Director of OJSC "Elektrosvyaz" of the Moscow region, Deputy General Director of OJSC "CenterTelecom". In March 2003 he headed the Moscow branch of OJSC "CenterTelecom" as Deputy General Director – Director of the branch. He is PhD in Technical Sciences. He is Honoured Telecommunications Worker of the Moscow region. He is awarded "Honoured Radioman" badge, "Defender of Motherland"breast cross. Mr. Mezhuev is married with daughter.
