Moscow, February 10, 2006. Taking into account the recommendations of the Staff and Remuneration Committee of OJSC «CenterTelecom», the Company’s Board of Directors made decision to form the Management Board for the period starting with February 9, 2006 to August 1, 2006 and consisting of the following nine members:
1. Sergei V. Pridantsev – General Director of OJSC «CenterTelecom»
2. Alexander P. Gribov – Deputy General Director – Director on Information Technologies of OJSC «CenterTelecom»
3. Elene V. Zabuzova - Director of Economic Planning and Budgeting Department of OJSC «Svyazinvest»
4. Alexander Iv. Kirillov - Deputy General Director – Technical Director of OJSC «CenterTelecom»
5. Andrei D. Kartashov – Chief Accountant of OJSC «CenterTelecom»
6. Alexander A. Lutsky - Deputy General Director – Financial Director of OJSC «CenterTelecom»
7. Sergei V. Nazarov - Deputy General Director – Commercial Director of OJSC «CenterTelecom»
8. Victor D. Savchenko – Executive Director – Director of Legal Department of OJSC «Svyazinvest».
