Moscow, January 30, 2006. The meeting of General Director deputies – directors of the regional branches with the management of the Company took place in OJSC «CenterTelecom».

Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC «CenterTelecom», General Director of OJSC «Svyazinvest» Valery Yashin, General Director of OJSC «CenterTelecom» Sergei Pridantsev and the heads of the core structural divisions of OJSC «CenterTelecom» participated in the meeting.

During the meeting the newly appointed top managers of OJSC «CenterTelecom» were introduced to the directors of the Company’s branches. General Director of OJSC «CenterTelecom» Sergei Pridantsev in his speech determined the priority directions of the Company’s activities for the near future, including provision of the Company’s switch to a new model of communication services market regulation and enhancement of Financial and economic situation. Implementation of a package plan on decrease of the debt load, reduction of expenses and optimization of the staff, increase of the Company’s business efficiency, implementation of the tasks set before the executive bodies by the Board of Directors are planned.
