Moscow, March 9, 2005. The Tenth Arbitration Court of Appeals at the hearing that took place on February 14, 2005 heard the case of Yug-Tele?om alternative operator acting in the territory of Moscow region against CenterTele?om.
Yug-Tele?om's claims about the illegality of refusal to connect the node of telematic services to PSTN and the obligation to sign an agreement to connect this equipment were recognized invalid, while CenterTele?om's actions were deemed legal and substantiated.
The arbitration court established that without the satisfaction of technical specifications for the connection of the telematic services node to PSTN Yug-Tele?om does not have the right to demand that CenterTele?om signs a service agreement.
