CenterTelecom is informing about changes of rates

Moscow, November 19 2004.Pursuant to the Resolution of the Board of the Federal Rates Service as of 12.11.2004 N r-31-?/10 CenterTelecom is introducing the following rates for local telephone service starting December, 1 2004 with the time-based payment system for CenterTelecom subscribers of Vladimir, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Moscow and Yaroslavl regions:

For CenterTelecom subscribers of Vladimir, Voronezh, Ivanovo, and Yaroslavl regions the subscriber fee for providing a telephone line regardless of its type for permanent use by the subscriber is as follows:

For private individuals

RUR 90

For entities

RUR 140

Per-minute local fee

RUR 0.14

CenterTelecom subscribers in Moscow region will be paying the following subscriber fee for the telephone access in permanent subscriber regardless of the line type use:

For private individuals

RUR 102

For entities

RUR 140
