Moscow, September 13, 2004. The meeting of CenterTelecom veterans, at which the company’s Board of veterans was elected, took place in the settlement of Olginka (Tuapse region).
The organizing meeting elected the Company’s stats-secretary Boris Lastovich the Chairman of the Board of veterans; the director of general management department Galina Zhuravleva was elected Deputy Chairman. There are 13 people on the Board, most of them are branch representatives.
In her address to the organizing meeting CenterTelecom Deputy General Director for HR Ella Zhuravleva pointed out that working with the veterans, their involvement in the public life as well as assistance in difficult situations has been a long-standing tradition of the telecommunications company. “CenterTelecom Board of Veterans will coordinate this work within the framework of the inter-regional company and, I am pretty sure about it, will make it more efficient,” - she stressed.
