Moscow, January 12, 2011. CenterTelecom OJSC announces that it has received a certificate #RU.IS79.K00083 for compliance of the company's quality management system with ISO 9001:2008.
A group of experts of Svyaz-Certificate Accreditation Center has conducted an audit of CenterTelecom's quality management system with regard to telecommunications and broadcasting services. After the audit CenterTelecom received a certificate #RU.IS79.K00083 confirming compliance of CenterTelecom's quality management system with the requirements of the state standard GOST R ISO 9001:2008.
The GOST R ISO 9001:2008 standard has been developed by All-Russian Scientific and Research Certification Institute on basis of ISO 9001:2008 "Quality Management Systems – Requirement" developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The standard is aimed at use of processing approach in the course of development, implementation and improvement of a company's quality management system in order to enhance the customers' attitude.
