Public Joint Stock Central Telecommunications Company (JSC CenterTelecom) notifies its subscribers that JSC Rostelecom, the Russian Federation long-distance and international communication public network operator will change its international telephony services tariffs for the subscribers of the Central and Central-Chernozemny Regions of Russia.
