On 17 March 2004, the 6th International Congress "From Quality Management to Business Quality" was opened in Moscow. Its organizers are government agencies and business corporations that concentrate their activities on raising quality performance in the telecommunications field.

The federal executive government officials, leading Russian and foreign companies’ managers took part in the Congress.

"The Best Business Achievements" International Contest awards were conferred on the winners within the framework of the Congress program. Out of the fourteen Contest laureates, two are representatives of JSC CenterTelecom. Mr. Ruben Amaryan, General Director of Joint Stock Central Telecommunication Company was cited in "the Best Top Managers" nomination (leaders of the largest companies). Mr. Gennadiy Brusentsev, Director of the CenterTelecom’s Ivanovo Region Affiliate, was noted in the same nomination (affiliate entities’ managers).
