Throughout 10 years of operations this division has done a lot in terms of development and promotion of the Internet services, and currently Electrosvyaz of Vladimir region is a branch of JSC CenterTelecom and the largest provider in the 33rd region of Russia.

So far all district telecommunication centers (RUES) have been transferred to fiber-optic communications lines with the transfer rate of 2 Mbit/s. The transfer rate of the channel to Moscow amounts to 12 Mbit/s.

For dialup Internet access subscribers various payment plans are offered: under contract according to the payment plan, through Internet cards, as well as anonymous access. Corporate clients are offered xDSL access services. Fiber optic enterprise networks are becoming popular in large and mid-size enterprises. IP telephony technology is being actively introduced.

In the near future all telecommunication centers of the region are to be transferred to MPLS (multiservice network) technology with 1 Gbit/s rate of access between the nodes. This will allow to expand the range of services offered, to offer a considerably higher quality and to provide the data network resource to other operators of Vladimir region and neighboring regions.
