From 4 to 5 December 2003, the Strategic Development Department of the JSC CenterTelecom General Management Office held a next-on-schedule seminar at the Moscow Affiliate Training Center for the affiliated companiesí chiefs of the marketing and advertisement divisions.
During the first day of the seminar, the CenterTelecom immediate marketing strategy implementation tasks were considered, including a detailed discussion of the issue of compiling a demand-for-telecommunications-services cartographic database. The seminar attendees analyzed in-depth the progress of developing the merger Company's comprehensive telecom services catalogs by a designated working group. The second day was dedicated to considering the methodology of interaction with the strategically important clients of JSC CenterTelecom which are customer-cared by its affiliates. Likewise, the principal stages of the Company's on-going rebranding were examined and the services promotion program discussed.
The seminar that just came to a close became yet another headway for shaping up a joint marketologists team of the Company. The team will continue, already locally, the work toward widening and optimizing the spectrum of the corporate products and services, and searching for most efficient integrated solutions to modify the key telecommunications business.
