On 5 August 2003, Public Joint Stock Company CenterTelecom was awarded by Standard & Poor’s Rating Services long-term credit rating "ruBB+" per the Russian scale.

Concurrently, the "ruBB+" rating was awarded by the same agency to the PJSC CenterTelecom debt instruments.
