The meeting will start at 11.00 a.m. in Renaissance - Moscow hotel conference hall. Registration begins at 9.30.
Moscow City Telephone Network registered capital amounts to RUR 3,831,802,000 and is split into 79,829,200 (83.33% of the registered capital) common shares and 15,965,850 (16.67% of the registered capital) preferred shares at RUR 40 par.
Moscow City Telephone Network majority shareholders are AFK Sistema (46.35%), and Svyazinvest (23.33%). The total number of the company shareholders as of April 1, 2004 was 9,429.
