On 27 August 2001 a meeting of the Open Joint-Stock Company "Moscow City Telephone Network" Board of Directors was held that decided to issue documentary coupon bonds
The decision made: "To approve Open Joint-Stock Company "Moscow City Telephone Network" Prospectus relative to the emission of securities - documentary coupon bearer bonds of the 2nd issue, A2 series, of 1,000,000 pieces at par value of 1000 rubles and at par value of 1000 rubles each. The placing of the issued securities shall be undertaken by public subscription".
