The third coupon rate of interest is 15,73% per annum, the total of payments made is 18,460,800 rubles, or 51 rubles 28 kopecks per bond at 1,000 rubles par value.

Last October, OJSC MGTS placed the ruble coupon bonds in the sum total of 600,000,000 rubles by two tranches for a term of three years with a quarterly coupon income payment, and with a possibility of their quarterly offer. The amount of the first tranche is 360,000,000 rubles. The tranche placing was held on 18 October 2000.

The bid, while the bonds were placed, was carried out in the form of tender at the MMVB Stock Market Section (MMVB, Russ. - Moscow Interbank Exchange).

The first coupon was paid out on 17 January 2001 and the second one - on 23 May 2001
