The OJSC MGTS call centers will provide free information services to the capital city's Network subscribers. The OJSC MGTS management believes that owing to this innovation, subscriber visitor queues will vanish from the telephone nodes reception halls, and all the problems of each user can be resolved through a telephone call made to his designated telephone node call center. As early as today, such call center is in operation at the Miusski telephone node. Next in turn, are the call centers to be commissioned at Tushinski, Filyovski and Petrovski telephone nodes.
The supplier of the equipment to support the OJSC MGTS call centers is Strom Telecom, a noted Czech telecommunications manufacturing company. The project value per one telephone node is about Five Hundred Thousand US dollars ($500,000.-).
