According to the issuance prospectus, the bonds will be placed by way of public subscription to the number of 1 500 000 pieces at the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX). The principal value of one share will be RUR 1 000.-
The bonds have 10 coupons; each coupon period is 182 days. The bonds repayment date is the 1820th day from the day of the issue placement commencement. Early repayment of the bonds is not envisaged.
The bonds issuance arrangers are JSC Bank for Foreign Trade (Vneshtorgbank), Raiffeisen Bank Austria, and JSC Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
