The 8 th solemn ceremony of presenting the domestic "Russia National Olympus" public award, with over 6 000 guests invited to attend, was conducted in the State Kremlin Palace, Moscow. Mr. Victor A. Chervony, Deputy General Director and Chief of the corporate Economy and Finance Department, received the prize on behalf of the PJSC Moscow City Telephone Network Company. The other prize laureates in the nomination were JSC "Svyazinvest", JSC CenterTelecom, and JSC Southern Telecommunications Company.

The institutors of the "Russia National Olympus" award are the Academy of Sciences of Russia, Government of the Russian Federation, RF Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and the Union of Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs
of Russia.

Over the yesteryears, outstanding states and public men, political figures, chiefs of industrial and social complexes, representatives of the Russian science, culture, public health and other areas of activity, who made a weighty contribution to the economic, social, and intellectual development of this country, have become the Prize laureates. The "Russia National Olympus" Prize is also awarded to the best companies, corporations and enterprises of the Russian Federation who are the leaders in various branches of the national industry.
