Victor Rashnikov, General Director of the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, has been awarded the SPI Gold Medal. SPI (Societe d’Encouragement pour l’Industrie Nationale ) founded in 1801 by decree of Napoleon Bonaparte, has the task of promoting the development and modernization of world industry.
