Popular Ural mountain skiing resorts Abzakovo and Metallurg-Magnitogorsk may become all-Russia training center for snowboarders, mountain skiers and biathletes.
   This issue was discussed during the meeting between Alexei Mitioglo, Director of the Management Company MMK-Kurort, and Andrei Maksimov, chief coach of Chelyabinsk Region snowboard picked team, and Dmitry Zadvornov, coach assistant.
   The convenient geographic location and various pistes, thoughtful attitude of the management can turn these resorts into an important training base. The management of OAO MMK is ready to discuss the issue of establishing all-Russia training center with the federal and regional authorities. And meanwhile a school of snowboard and mountain skiing coaches arranged together with “Personal” is being held at Abzakovo and Metallurg –Magnitogorsk.
