On April 2, 2004 presentation of LOMO PLC at Optic-Mechanical College was held. Top-managers and employees of optical complex, of the row of workshops and departments took part at the event from LOMO. At previous years Optic-Mechanical College was closely connected with the firm - it practically was one of the  "departments" of LOMO, which specially was preparing specialists for the enterprise. Nowadays the optical company is also in a great interest in graduates of the College as in potential employees. During the meeting students have heard story about the firm, about its history and situation at present days, about specific features of the enterprise and about its perspectives and also they have watched new film "LOMO-90". Representatives of LOMO invited them to join to the rows of enterprise's collective in future. This event is one of the sections of the program, directed to the attraction of young specialists to Petersburg optical company.
