In the end of the last year LOMO took part at the VI Contest of Annual reports of joint-stock companies, where our firm got a special diploma for the level of information disclosure from the Contest organizers - magazine "The market of securities" and Stock exchange of RTS.

   85 organizations from many regions of Russia took part at the event, including 56 emitters of securities, admitted to circulation at RTS. Besides of the level of unformation disclosure Annual reports were estimated over two more criterions - "The best idea" and "The best design and polygraphy".

   Jury of the Contest consisted from experts of the International financial corporation, company Standard Poor's, Association of investors' rights protection, magazine "Finance", Publishing House "Kommersant", Institute of professional auditors, Publishing House "RTSB", informational agencies Interfax-AKI, NAUFOR, SKRIN, Stock exchange of RTS; Annual reports also were estimated by the independent expert.

            As representatives of the International financial corporation and Stock exchange of RTS say Annual report is a business card of company. Hihg level of information disclosure at this financial document assists to company capitalization.

   On the results of the VI Contest of Annual reports of joint-stock companies experts, entering to the jury marked a high quality of preparation of these documents and also a tendency of significant increasing of level of information disclosure at many companies of Russia.
