With this opening, Lenta expands its network in Siberia to 34 hypermarkets in 13 cities

St. Petersburg, Russia; 15 December, 2016 – Lenta, (LSE, MOEX: LNTA) one of the largest retail chains in Russia, is pleased to announce the opening of its fourth hypermarket in Krasnoyarsk.

The new store is a Lenta compact format hypermarket located at 73 Sverdlovskaya str., Krasnoyarsk. The store has a total area of 9,800 sq.m with 5,176 sq.m of selling space and is open from 8.00 am till 11.00 pm, seven days a week. A broad product assortment of 19,000 SKUs has been selected specifically for residents of Krasnoyarsk and includes Lenta’s private labels and federal product ranges alongside local produce. The store has 350 parking spaces and 24 cash registers. The property is owned by Lenta.

The opening in Krasnoyarsk is Lenta’s forty fourth hypermarket opening in 2016 and brings the total number of Lenta stores to 183 hypermarkets in 77 cities across Russia and 44 supermarkets in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
