The OAO LUKOIL Press Service would like to announce that Denis Dolgov has been appointed Head of the Main Division for Power Generation of OAO LUKOIL. Mr. Dolgov previously held position of First Deputy Head of the same main division.

Alexander Smirnov, Vice President of OAO LUKOIL and Head of the Main Division for Power Generation, has retired.
